The School Maintenance Employees & Associates Local 48 invited G.W. Billy Reynolds, a longtime Jacksonville resident, Educator, Businessman, Author and candidate for the district 2 DCPS Board Seat.
Billy impressed our membership with his knowledge of the issues concerning our school district. His commitment to the men and women of the Maintenance department is in sharp contrast to that of the professional politcians and carpet baggers he is challenging. Billy is an unwavering supporter of labor and very much against the effort to privatize the upkeep of our schools and facilites.
